Dr. Orathay Thongsamouth has received a Bachelor of Sciences in Biological Sciences with an emphasis in Physiology from the University of California, Davis in 1999. She later went on to obtain her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2004.
Dr. Thongsamouth is a State of California Registered Optometrist with a Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agent Certification and is licensed to diagnose and treat infections and diseases of the eye. She also has specialized training to fit all designs of contacts including astigmatism and bifocal contact lenses.
Dr. Thongsamouth provides comprehensive children and adult vision eyecare including binocular vision exams, diabetic eye exams, glaucoma evaluation, and cataract evaluations.
Dr. Thongsamouth has worked with Dr. Shoji at Vision Faire Optometry since 2004 and has been providing excellent eyecare services to the Modesto community for over 20 years.
Dr. Pahoua Vue graduated from the Southern California College of Optometry in 2001. She is an active member of the American Optometric Association. She has been providing eyecare services to patients at Vision Faire Optometry for over 25 years. Dr. Vue provides comprehensive children and adult vision eyecare including binocular vision exams, diabetic eye exams, glaucoma evaluation, and cataract evaluations. She also specializes in contact lenses including astigmatism and bifocal. Dr. Vue enjoys going on vacation and participating in various outdoor activities. She enjoys doing pilates and yoga in her free time.
Dr. Nancy Shoji is the Co-founder of Vision Faire Optometry. She started the practice almost 41 years ago in the Vintage Faire Mall. She is retired and loves spending time with her three grandchildren and traveling to new places.
